Yeh do what Shawn said.

Then you need to change GPU Compositing to a different selection than it was and then switch it back to the way it was before you changed it. Then relaunch and VOILA!

Go to program files folders(usually in your C drive)copy all files right click select delete then return to desktop select trashbin folder and click empty trash bin...like brand new bro

lol try install .net framework 4.5 and make sure you computer has openGL support.
