Arcane weapons upgrade

Why dont we make maul hooks kershall be upgradable ? I think if sts make a new arcane weps all of old arcanes will just be for twinks.. Why don't we just bring them to life instead of making a new ones(if ever).. Just make an arcane ingredient thats acquirable thru locks.. In this way we can have something new without anything getting wasted.. I think this would be good if it will be done on next cap (46)..

They already removed hooks from crates so no, they've closed the door on this idea. Remember what happened to mythic sets? They were made upgradeable, and now people are crying because they're tired of having used the same items for several seasons already.

The maul has had its reign for 3 long seasons. Let it go.
