still think 'greed' is why ppl got scammed, however, its true many scammers now with many different ruses. heres one i encountered recently.

i listed a L77 blade on cs with my lvl 5 and suddenly a pm pops up...

FC : hey bro, pls bro...will u pls return my blade?
ME : hey, hv u got the wrong person, what blade u talking abt?
FC : cmon bro, the one u selling in cs now, pls return to me
ME: lol, thats mine, what u mean return to u?
FC: cmon bro, i know u are SS, u told me yrself. just pls give me back my blade.

(at this point, i figured he either sold cheap to SS n regretted or got scammed by SS who said he was me)

ME : im not who u think i am, pls stop bugging me
FC : hey i know its u, u told me this is u, i have all the screenies
ME : ok good, dont waste my time, report with the screenies
FC : cmon, i will make sure everyone knows ur a scammer n u get ban
ME : do it dude, dont let me stop u. report it n we see who gets ban
