Merging account's question

Hello! I recently found out that if you had another account and wanted to merge it with your account you have already, It's possible.. Ignore the noobishness, but how do I do this? i found out the password for the character i used in 2013, sometime after i first quit, to see what's new, AAAnnd i would like to have that bear onto my main acc, so... WHADDOIDO?

Spacetime doesn't do that anymore,since apparently people were taking advantage of it(buying,scamming accounts)then merging with their own.
