The first time buyer bonus is no longer available.
We have a new feature coming in a future client (along with the Guild Log and Tradeable Respecs mentioned here:http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?173469-September-Producer-Letter-Planar-Update) that would have been confusing to have both, so the first time buyer bonus lost out. Ideally, that change would have happened when the new stuff rolled out, but as it is, this is how it came together. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
