How do you get the blue Uller armor for Warrior?

I've seen plenty of people wearing this and I've searched it up on the CS, but the only ones I see are the red Uller armors. How do you get these? e.e

This are upgraded myth armor and helm from a quest. Which if you finished the quest this armor and helm will be on level 36 and changes the color blue with the ones you saw.

Yes but it's not tradable once it's 36
