Platinum payment method confusion

Hi, im planning on buying a 50$ google play card to buy 600plat which is 50$ when im playing on google chrome but the only methods of paying i see is paypal or amazon?
is there a way to pay using my google play account on chrome because if i buy 600plat on android device its 3 dollars more expensive you see my issue? someone help

Do mobile. If you have a registered account, (Google, Facebook, and Spacetime) you can buy on your mobile, and it will still be on the same account.

ah i just decided to bite the bullet and pay extra 3$ for it thanks though.
