Help with leveling

So right now I'm currently lvl 15, and I've just been doing brackenridge gold mine to lvl up. But people have been saying watchers tomb is the best place to lvl up at, so I tried it and it's really hard for a rogue to do anything considering it doesn't really have any BIG AOE skills. So what I'm trying to say is are there any other places to lvl up quick at? Or any tips on how to efficiently run watchers tomb?
My current build is
5/5 Aimed shot
3/5 Nox: Duration of poison, and extended range
1/5 Shadow piercer
3/5 Razorshield: increase dodge chance, and cause bleed damage
Please tell me if I should change my build
And any tips would be great!

Best thing to do is try and find a party for Watchers tomb, u can ask the arcane legends minutemen to help ya out as well for a few runs. I'd suggest Ydra for 15-21, then obviously nordr, and u can do the daily 300 xp quests, which give u 300 xp from killing 200 wolves and and 200 spiders, so that's 600 xp per day...
