introduce guild symbol and guild hero/herione as icon

Guild symbol which represents particular type of a guild. such as PVE, PVP and both. it also shows the that which guild is allied with other guild.

And guild iconic player or master should be displayed in represented in new icon.

when i was pvping, i saw some guyz wont hit other guild members. when i asked them, they said that its guild alliance. but how can we know which guild allied with which one?
