How to get this item? what lvl minimum? Saw in auct lv 10 and above, never saw for level under 10.

Halloween, minimum level is IDK probably 1. Creates vampire bats around you, sold my for 7 gold lolz. It's worth like 100k+ in CS now :P

Yes it were release at halloween event, as like tarlok the gear and jewlery is minumun level 10.

That was from a halloween event
it creates bats when worn.

I've got many Vampire amulets....some lv15, others lv36.
The lv15 ones are still pretty good, the lv36 ones are pure vanity items now.
I might still have mine on my warrior. It took me a week to notice the bat. After someone told me about it.
