Pally build help

I need help because I want to go with the 126-127 for more spell damage but how am I suppose to put on gear that requires 158 str points? And what is a good Build for my skills for high damage but still able to heal/ revive? If someone could help me with these questions that would be awesome! It's my first time trying pally :3
