Which One is the best? L31 PVP MAGE or L31 PVP BEAR?

It depends on your preference, their both equally good I'd say.

Imo mage is easier to learn but if you get good at bear then you'll be op. Like for example on my 27 bear I can beat 30-31 bears. That's because I have a huge amount of experience at 22-31 bear. My first pvp char actually was a 26 bear, back when me, zapoke, and blitz started. If you need help with 30-31 bear builds then you can send me a pm on forums.

Also 30-31 gear is cheap unless you want pink evid and hallow. Other than pink evid and hallow, gear is like 20-40k (depends on cs).

In lost on what you're trying to mean with the term "air". Do you mean like cocky as in air? If yes then I'm not cocky. I was just stating that I beat 30-31 bears with a 27. That's just stating what I can do, as I do it a lot.

in my opinion mages are better for 31 bc they can nuke bears with any attk based build or combo.
