Why are there never any mythic (31) helms in cs? Wanted to buy one... And no idea of the price because never any in cs.,
Any ideas?

There is no level 31 mythic helm.
But, if you have the level 26 and level 31 helm/armor you can do a quest to upgrade these peices to level 36 (The blue set with lightning effects).
