earn free platinum NOT WORKING!

I have the app on my phone and as I am about to click enter world I noticed that above the left side there was a sign saying earn free platinums nd I clicked on it and downloaded the app it allowed me to choose for the one free platinum point .... after I downloaded it and click it (opened. It) I went back to see if the platinum point had been added to my account bu
t instead it had not :( y is it nottt working?!!!!

First of all your new...this is your first time using the free app system..so be patience
