Maybe kill farming is just killing lots of newbies and dummy farming really killing a toon created by yourself?

Kill farming is killing/farming those newbies and twinks.
Dummy farming is farming your worthless charecter/toon.

Kill farming is when you keep newbies in pvp or people who aren't necessarily noobs but have no chance of beating you.
Dummy farming is killing literally a dummy account, an account with no purpose other than padding KDRs, they won't fight back, defend or anything. Some dont even use equipment and just respawn to be killed again. Usually as a favor, for gold or simply an account on another device of the perpetrator.

Or people pay others to die for them. I think that's a cross between kill farming and dummy farming. I've seen screenshots of this happening at level 41 by certain players to get on the leaderboard. Pathetic.
Just as pathetic are the guilds who give up all they are and merge with whoever they can to make the top guild list. Usually the latter are full of the former. They just want recognition for being lame.
