1. Okay lvl 50... thats the lvl cap now ... im lvl 48 and i need 3k xp to get lvl 49... that is pretty hard... lvl 55 is the lvl cap after update 1,7... how many xp are we going to need now ? 5k + now ? I cant play this game that much so the only thing i have to say is : PLZ DONT MAKE HIGHER LVL CAPS AFTER LVL 55!!
2. Gear for a lvl 55 is that going to get more expensive than rift/void/cosmos/death/hate/shadow? If so .. i cant afford it then :( to expensive.. and if lvl cap increases again will the gear also that ? No one can afford it if thats what is going to happen...

No one said you have to play to the level cap. Stop when you want. Why should everyone else be bored because you don't have enough time to play?

When you get to 55, and we're all 55, and it's been a couple months with no new campaign...you will be thinking differently.

If the level cap always stayed the same, everyone would just beat the game 5767374 times and get bored. Also, I'm not sure if this is correct, but I believe if everyone is farming for that new gear, then wouldn't the price actually be not too bad?

And all that new high-end gear that's going to be so expensive will likely drive down the prices of the level 50 stuff.

The level cap has gone up 5 times, and it's always exciting and an improvement for the game. This time there are ton of new players and I find it kind of humorous how they act as if the sky is falling. I personally hope they never stop raising the cap and adding new content. And FYI, they have said before that this game was originally mapped out to the 100 cap, but that nothing says they have to stop there ;)

Don't you think that what you're suggesting is a little bit selfish? Just because you can't get to 60 or whatever the next level cap is (after 1.7) doesn't mean you should spoil the fun for others.

Then also ao3 will be way empty since thats no longer the toughest.

Yea remember when apep (which was the newest weapon in ao2) was at lowest 100k now its 20k everything will quickly lower trust me and now my lvl 50 collection

I would LOVE for a level to take 50k xp... wouldnt that be something? PWR leveling would be soooo different and the game would require so much more effort. If you can level to 50 in 7 hours i think it should take 14 hours to get to 55. :-D Thats just me.
