In every season, does the player pvp/pve kills and deaths count resets or continues on the list? if it continues, the same player will be there every season? It doesn't count from the starting of every season?

It stays there every season and stats don't get reset.

They said they were considering implementing seasonal leaderboards. We have been asking for them for well over a year, so hoping for next season.
