Unreliable ping

Do not get me wrong, I love this game! But I thought I'd post some problems I have in order for me to have a better gaming experience. When ever I'm in the lost expedition or swamp town and do quests my ping just rises unexpectedly. It is starting to get annoying, anyone else having this problem?

It might depend on your connection too, I don't think the LE or swamp towns make a difference.
