It is a web page full of various Dark Legend tools including a vanity locator, an execution locator,and a vampire build sandbox (a tool you can use to try before you buy for respec). Now you've got a one stop shop to find the info you need and end the relentless search for the vanities and executions you need. It can also save you some time and money on respecs. Isn't it always great to be able to "try before you buy?"
