Base stats: 128 str, rest dex.
Skills: 4 beckon, 6 stomp, 6 rage, 6 evade, 6 taunt, 6 ironblood, 6 SmS, 6 crushingblow. 6 hellscream, 1 cripplingslash, 1 vengeful slash, 1 restore.
Possible rings: 2% dodge 10dmg, 2% dodge 8arm, 2% hit 10 dmg, 2% hit 8arm.
Face: Mecha bear for extra hit%.

NOTE: this is just a build setup that I've Always used as SM bear wich worked fine, not an entirue guide

I think your build is way off...it's only 48 skill points.

I would give you some feedback but I'm absolutely clueless about bears but maybe put the combo although it is quite obvious

If the skills you forgot are 6 hs and 1 restore then that's the build I currently am using and works well.
