Why shouldn't he get them back though? Someone came on his account and deleted characters. I deleted two characters a year and a half ago and have since then regretted it until I recently found that STG can put them back on your account so I emailed them and got my characters in the same day. So I don't see why he deserves to be ignored if others aren't.
