Seoratrek, you told me to private message you and I haven't received a reply back.
I have no choice but to write a thread like this until you guys support me lol.
This didn't happen once only, it's been like multiple times and one of the cases wasn't even supported for two years approximately.
If you are going to lock my thread, at least support me and then lock it... Think of it as this way, I am the moderator and you are the user, you lost all your characters and you want it back. So, you message the moderators and I don't reply back for a long period of time, and I suddenly write "Please pm a moderator," how would you feel?
I find this a little bit discriminating because you guys support other people in like the first 3 hours but, not even once, I have received a reply from any of you in the past.
