I'm not the oldest player in this game but I can tell you that it should appeared with the shuyal expansion because it drops from Elite golden puzzleboxes. All I Know other players that saw that "live" can tell you more. I think shuyal expansion appeared 11 levels ago. If they expand every year then kershal may appeared 2 years ago. I'm not sure bro, just thinking.
