If you have problems purchasing platinum here are the mostly common reasons for this issue:

---> Your credit/debit card expired or got out of money.

---> You inserted not valid information about your card. (you typed wrong maybe)

---> You are living in a country where Spacetime Studios (or viceversa) didn't agreed yet to permit residents to buy their products.

---> You are using a guest account. You need to register/login in-game to purchase platinum.
