As i've seen some members are focalising on "KDR" doesn't understand how stats works for guild rank, i did a little analysis of our results & what we should do to resolve our weaknesses...

The main matter are points where our rank is between 19 & 24...

So to try to be in TOP 10 on this points, we should :

1/ Recruit high AP players with old accounts (15+ months) who have 50+k kills in PVE, 330+ kills in PVP DTM, 140+ flag captures in PVP CTF & doesn't deserve our averages stats on others points...
2/ In PVE, do more AP runs & more kills
3/ In PVP, do more TDM & more flag capture

Thoses others solutions can help to maintain/improve our average stats :

1/ Try to connect as often as possible, even for 1 minute
2/ In PVE, Use potions & don't farm top elite maps without good tanks
3/ In PVP, go with a <Point blank> team & not random mates
4/ kick accounts never online Last month...

Lot of people including some in my guild focalising on PVP KDR & doesn't care others stats or ratios... It's only 2 of the 16 points counting for guild rank... & for us, KDR is not the matter... For example in CTF we're rank 9 for KDR but only rank 19 for average flag capturing per member... Better to improve flag capturing than KDR... That's what i wanted to show...

Magnum have pretty good stats...Your bad points is ap, u was only rank 25 on it the 15 october... ^^

If u meet everything else, it's not a real matter, we will help u to get it quickly... ;)

The recruitment requirement is to give an idea of the profils we recruit...

So we won't recruit u if you're under 500 main stat or if you're a warrior 1500 armor... But Paragon title, if you're 9000 AP, u can have it in 2 hours... :)
