1.I think a craftable arcane item to make new arcane amulet.
2. Or a new vanities like jester but better version.

Better to make a shard that can adapt to every weapon or armor or accessories. So it can be arcane. Ex. Arcane glaive or bonesaw or arcane wild talisman. Then there's no protest or failure like kershal or hooks. Vanity shud be good too!

I don't think it will be a unique item that one can use to make himself more powerful (like the arcane amulet or universal arcane shard). That will result in way to many cry threads and pms for STS to deal with. More likely, it will be a vanity banner or set, or maybe a title or gem (or crafting recipe), that won't make as much of a difference in pvp but will still help.
My suggestion to STS would be to hand out a crafting recipe for 2x chances locked crates which lasts with the player forever (or an extremely long duration of time), since most of the leaderboarders undoubtedly pop crates from time to time and such a recipe will not affect pvp too much. Also, this will be profitable in the long run so it provides incentive for people to spend tons of plat, which is STS's primary goal.

I thought they just said no lb pets. Well if there arent any prices this time, i guess its to lessen the p2w people. Since last event people complained that the leaderboard is p2w and nonplats dont have a chance.

It will probably be some OP stuff capable of unbalancing the game and ruining the mechanics.
Maybe a arcane amulet that makes its owner banish in pvp.
