Deleted character recovery problem

Seoratrek responded saying, "So the word that I am getting is that your characters will not be able to be recovered. I apologize for this inconvenience". Is this really how STS treats their users or is it because Pocket Legends users are not essential? I also don't understand why you are locking my thread seoratrek.. It doesn't make sense lol. Other people get their deleted characters back and I can't get them back. I see.. you guys are discriminating me with this business. Not even any type of compensation but "I apologize for this inconvenience" (Also took 2 days for your reply). I truly like the game and everything but your customer service is disappointing. It's not the STS that it used to be back in 2011. Even if you guys lock my threads, I will keep on posting these new threads, until you guys retrieve my characters back.

It wasn't me... Allen, ggodlike went on my account and decided to delete my characters to get the names and sell them to other people.

I wonder what the next step is lol probably banning me from the game secretly and allowing the people who went on my account to play freely. It's the STS thing, "Ban players who complain".

With that attitude I'm pretty sure they won't help plus what if they ban your forum account for spam.I'd suggest you think of different route.as for your platinum. File a cash back

You should just go back to pl and farm/lvl/merch

Appreciate the opinion but I think I will keep on standing up. I don't see anyone complaining about the STS rules and their unreasonable policies. I will state what ever I want, even if I get banned. Enjoy this "Perfect" game.

IMO you shouldn't trust a person with your account
Keep it to yourself
The person u might of shared with might get mad annoyed at u and del all of ur chars if anything he deserves it since he was asking it from Allen or who ever it was

Tos clearly states you cant give someone else your acc information. Its your own fault.

Demon hes done this 3 times, he has stated that he asked devs 3-4 times, and if he has been denied all 3-4 times its for good reason. Where i take issue is the fact that he won't let this rest, he keeps attempting to get the pl community and the devs to go for his sob story so he can get a acc he SHARED back. I don't feel sorry for this spammer.

Oh and btw it has happened to me. I lost one of my old accs to a "Dear Friend" so don't even dare think that i don't know what jyuu is going through.

Since you know what he's going thorough you should know that he invested his time and money . So to lose all that without sts even regarding to help .

In essence, u r saying we should take ops side in this matter. Why the hell should we give him a shoulder to cry on, he did something incredibly stupid and he is crying out for help cuz he lost his stuff because of his own actions. Yeah, ofc cmere bbycakes, it'll be alright.

Since when has the whole Internet turned into carebear society in which everyone who feels bad needs comfort even though the discomfort is caused by their own actions and decisions. Let the guys learn about the importance of their decisions, not cherish and comfort them for it.
