I need help making a lvl 35 intmage
like what spec to have and where to put all my skill points and all that
and also all the gear to use

The build I shall not say except 5 in heal but for gear I would go with Voodoo Helm and Robe, Dark Wand and either Voodoo Doll or Frozen Yeti eyeball.

It works but voodoo helm is slitly better, but tiara is still fine:)

I prefer 16 str 12 dex rest int then I have 5 heal 5 firestorm 5 icestorm 5 lifedrain 5 blessing of might 4 blessing of vitallity 2 mana shield 1 lightning 1 frostbite and 1 resurrect

You really should learn on your own by practice rather than be told exactly what to do, you will enjoy the character and the game far more.

And also This is kinda different subject but in the update the respec will easier coz you can just respec 1 u don't have to do both at same time, who knows the date of update
