What are the bracket levels exactly?
I did a quick search but didnt find an immediate answer. Thanks!

Players in a battleground are never more than two levels apart. if you're lvl 5 you will either be matched with lvls 3-5, 4-6 or 5-7.

Popular twinking brackets are level 10 and 15. Its the two most populated twink bracket.
Other than that any levels from 2 to 36 are all active twinking brackets.
PVP brackets means level(s) that your twink can join, ie. your twink is level 15 so it means you can join a pvp room with players as low as level 13 or as high as level 17.
To put it simply, level 15 had a bracket of 13 to 17.

Lvl 6-8, lvl 10, 12, 14, 15-18, 22-24, 26-27, 31-33, 36-37. Most active are probably lvl 15, lvl 23, 10, and 17
I believe the first player into the pvp room determines the level bracket of a pvp room - if that is what you are asking.
Eg. Level 7 enters the room first. The room allows level 6 (7 - 1) 7 and 8 (7 + 1).
That is what I have always thought anyway xD
