Int question

I'm new to the game and have been leveling my Enchantress pure.

Is there a point at which adding Int points is ... well ... pointless in a word?

Or will I just keep getting more powerful the more int i have?

The effects of Int are continuous, so as long as you keep adding Int, it will continue adding damage, skill damage, mana, regen, etc. For an Int mage, I recommend putting all your attribute points into Int.
