View Full Version : What AO3 gear is being used in L45 PVP?

Hello 45 pvp community!
I locked at level 45 for a bit of farming for myself. For the other drops - which items are actually being used for pvp? Trueshot? Ballista? Arbalest? Limbchopper? Something else?

The AO3/AO2 armors aren't used much anymore, it's all the Halloween mantles and helms now. As for weapons people use ballistas, shock lances, reaper blades, and sometimes trueshot bows or the fire wands that I forget the name of.

one of the str helms is still pretty handy has like quite a bit more armor than any others but over all its just the ballista

Just saying, AO pinks are quite trashy. I bet you already knew that :)

If you are a bear the Thoth gear can be useful still though.

Farm pink ballistas...they usually sell fast for 50k on cs.
trueshots are less favored, go for around 30k
the burning wand of fate is okay...rest are junk

Thank you for the help. Done with 45 sold the most I farmed I will try to sell the rest in bulk ;)
For other farmers this is how much I could sell pink 45s for
Ballista 50 min to 100 max
Arbalest 30 to 75
Trueshot 50 to 75
Stiletto 50
Limbchopper 30
Harpoon 20 to 30
Blizz stick 15 to 25
Burn wand 25
Did not sell anything else.
