It's been 1 year and more than 5 months since last cap. Cap updates were mostly less than a year. I doubt they are working at SL at all in general. So there you go, I think you can pretty much figure it out of its a yes or no.

It's more or less frozen/retired just like pocket legends.
So don't expect anything new. (Too lazy to find the post where they confirmed it)
Btw, l47-51 is an elite add-on on made by 1 dev (in his/her sparetime?). It's why it lacks details such as cap vanity. So actually sl has been stopped since lvl cap 46.
