Hello all..Here i have some questions for my twink..Soo please tell me your opinion aboute it..Thanks ;)
-what is best class for pvp lvl 21?..
-how much i must spend on twink lvl 21(or lvl 1-21)
-what is best lvl for rog twink( lvl 1-21 )

There is no "best class" depends on your play style.
Jk :D don't choose Mage OFC, warrior and rogue are the best

PvP is split between rogues and warriors.
As for level 21+ PvP I would go with rogue.
Best Lv21 gears would roughly cost 2m gold. Although you may get different variants of equipments which would either cost more or less.
Rogues does well in any level, but would suggest Lv15+ to get all the skill points you may need.
