Good luck with the guild... I'd recommend you and your officers get to lvl41 fast cuz without elite farming it'll be hard to fund guild activities unless you're very successful a merching.

Im learning this the hard way. I just bought something for <Real>'s halloween event, and it took a huge chunk of my pocket!
