question conserning mages in twinks

Is there any changes at any levels to play at mage well or in all level 23 → other classes op? And do you need mages there anywhere?

if you can understand the mage you can play well at any level. lvl 23 is a good choice

41 mages aren't too bad in pvp anymore, at least they're a lot tougher than 36 cap was, but no I doubt much has changed..
