Level 35 Pvp Build and Gear?

Im bad at pvp I think its because Im full voodoo? I have plenty of money

Should I buy a pink paw
A evidence bracer
Should I keep my voodoo robe
And should I get a holloween helm?

Im so confused at this level I have plenty of money but only 4 more platinum to work with
Im full intel should I go intel/dex

Also my build is

Is this build Ok or should I change it?

I want to be able to kill rushers but im getting beat up atm

I have serioslu no idea what mage debuffs do but I think you need more points in frost ball, since it has very annoyingly long range and it stuns for forever. Level 1 frost is like nothing, no need to waste stomp on it.

You need full Halloween set for maximum dodge and paw for damage.

huum I think u should go hallo int set lv 35 voodoo pin and pink evi lv 35.
Skills I used:
6 both buffs
6light
5 fire
1ms
1 ice storm
1 ice ball
4 drain
4 heal
and go int/dex
this worked for me
