Ghost locations (Halloween event)

So there's a quest to find 5 ghosts hidden throughout arlor for the Halloween event and I've found 4 and am getting really frustrated I found them in
-kraag
-windmoor
-stronghold
-kelys
Does anyone know the location of the last ghost ? [emoji19]

The last one you're looking for is in Travelers outpost near the stash. Where did you find the one in Keyls im having trouble.

Right above the purple portal where you enter , there is a bridge that leads to a circle , run around and you should find him

The ghost is not in kelys anymore, it's in paradise pier.
