I accidentally purchased elixir and wasted plats plz hlp

Accidentally I purchased elixir and wasted plats.I emailed support about refund and withdrawing elixir.is it possible to get my plats refunded?also m not using it bcoz I don't wanna waste it,but I want to play event can I play.

Possible to get refunded, and don't forget to turn ON in settings for making confirmation.
