I assumed it'll be for a quest with player-written epitaphs (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?177992-Congratulations-to-the-Winners-of-the-quot-Take-It-To-The-Grave-quot-Epitaph-Contest!). Might be able to interact with the tomb stone soon enough. Just my guess ;)
