will i be able to make locked creates with the necro bones?

Yes. If I recall correctly the recipe is 3 locked crates and 3 bones to make one necro lock.

Pfft I ran for an hour straight and got 7 bones total , drop rate is messed up this event :(((((

i ran 1 wt4 and got 8 bones along with a couple essences. probably my luckiest run in this event lol.
