Eerie Necropolis Amulet of Brutality on level 15

I think there's a bug with the Eerie Necropolis Amulet of Brutality.
I am a level 15 twink and opened some Necropolis Lockeds, I looted 2 Eerie Necropolis Amulets of Brutality.
To my surprise these both were level 39, which should have been scaled to level 15.

Please look in to this, as now I am not able to loot any level 15 of this amulet.
Also, feel free to replace my amulets with level 15s haha :)

If you have encountered this, please submit a support ticket and they will be able to swap them out for you to the level 15 versions.
