I swear not edited, So I moved fast! Everyone was and it like everyhing is in speed mode, Look at the pic the ghost vanity and my vanity's effect is soo long.

Can you tell us what happened just before this started happening?

Also, did you restart your device and re-log in and did the issue stop for you?

The blue trail behind your toon looks to me like someone used rally cry on you. It's a warrior skill that provides a speed buff. Did the speed go away after several seconds?

It would give a buff icon on his avatar, no?

Perhaps his frames were set at a lower frame rate.

I got this too when I played at 10 fps. Everything goes choppy and you move extra fast, no?

I came in the forums and by that the game forcefully stopped, then I came back and it went normal. I was just about to put on my new ghost banner freshly from the shop then when I out the inventory it went like 5x fast, All the people were running like crazy so did I.

Yep, everything goes to fast the character breathing and the effects in items.

Go to chrome://flags and enable the FPS counter to see if you're running at below average speeds.
