40% damage is cool, but not great at low levels.
Instead of the damage buff, give us stun/panic immunity from the endless stuns. The elo ward was worth the plat bc of the root immunity.

its how its made , why do you have to twink anyways ? its just trash when you twink especially at higher levels when twinks always pm you for help

Well twinks don't PM high levels because they themselves have endgames. The new players on the other hand does what your saying. I think your confused with "twinks" and "new players".
New players : Mostly low level with undergeared items and pets.
Twinks : Are toons created by those who had endgame characters for PVP purposes. I won't even be surprise If some twinks are more rich than you (ever seen a twink with SnS?).
Back to topic, I agree that 40% is not so great on low levels.
