How to create glumdoll games

I leveled to 15 and did the trick or treat quests, I cleared pumpkin patch but when i go to balefort and try going to glumdoll I cant, anyone know how?

I didn´t find how to host em in the join game screen, whenever i want to create a game I have to talk with the guy and travel to the dungeon

U have to be lvl 18 to host 10-19 games:/

This is correct. You can join 10-19 games and logout+continue to continue/make lobbies
