Important question about upgraded mythic

First off, thanks for taking the time to read this. :) My question is for anyone who has upgraded mythic, is it better than all of the other armors stat wise at lvl 41? (I am a mage, but feedback for any class would help alot) Thank you!!

Upgraded armor is still the best overall statwise.
but its level 36 not 41.

The new 41 armors provide superior armor, so for some warriors this may be a plus over the upgraded mythics. Otherwise I agree with Anarchist.
