Once you buy the recipe, you will need 3 locked grand crates of the watch and 3 necropolis bones in order to create 1 necro lock.

Bones can drop Everywhere in Arlor. I would suggest going to wt4 since there are plenty of mobs to kill, which would help lvl you up, or your pet and energy/necro bones are pretty common. So I find wt4 to be the most beneficial place to farm items.
