Where do you go to buy this pack? I once logged on and found something asking me to purchase it but since then I could not find anywhere to get it! Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

Then how come I got that notification...and saw people with the the with particle affects. Said particle affects weren't being displayed yesterday..

Im not sure what particle effects youre talking about.
However I assume the vendor for the pack will be back at her usual spot once the error is fixed.
If I remember correctly before they removed the npc, she was standing to the left of the tavern entrance in Kraag.
Npc name was "something" the adventurer. Rogue npc. Thats all i got :)

Also, its been temporarily removed because some ppl werent getting the ankhs in the kit. (I am pretty sure this is why)
