Slag, blinky doesn't have any debuffs or a usefull AA.

Pardon me, but Blinky has -20% armor and -10% Crit on passive and -40% Damage on AA. These are all DEBUFFS, and its too OP for a level 15 pet (yes, he is full grown at level 15).
At level 15 Blinky has already passive debuffs equal to a level 40 Nekro!!! The only advantage of Slag over Blinky is the rarity, sligthly highier +% damage, movement speed and Panic AA, aside from that its blinky handsdown!

PvE bosses I'd suggest Blinky, using his AA just before the boss's special attack REALLY helps a ton.

I would say blinky especially for tombs.
Slag is better in a sense but his strong aspects are more pvp related.
