Rumor has it that the Halloween Event locks will only drop Mythic Weapons during or till slightly after the event. Any credibility to this? Because it sounds false to me...

No, it's not true. If every lock had a mythic in it, the price of locks would be 100k+. Plus, if this actually were true, the game's economy would go down the drain due to the huge number of mythic items in existence. Lol.
I'd imagine they're like the Elondrian Locked Crates, so no, they would still hold the halloween mythics as long as there is still a necro crate out there.
