2.9-3m and from farming blacksmoke and obtaining the materials also if ur wearing it u pretty much own pvp as everyone says but pve wise its very tanky.

Value of set I'm unsure on, I'm bet a merch will post here, but armor drops from Koal , scythe & helms from dragonets.
It's been a long time sense I've seen a shield drop ( prolly also Koal).
Red drag might drop any. Crafting materials drop in all bsm maps.
"worth it" is a bit subjective, it would be faster to buy than to farm if that's a factor, drop rates are low.
